This property was sold by Centrum Properties to Optima. Optima sought and was granted as of right development for a rental building at this site. Optima presented its plans to SOAR and SOAR has provided feedback on the plans to the developer.
Building plans have been requested and will be posted as soon as they are received.
The developer has broken ground for this new rental building.
