SOAR's expressed many concerns regarding the building's design, nearly free standing garage, traffic and parking.
As a result, the developer improved the garage, exterior, and pedestrian experience. Improvements were also made to address traffic safety and flow.
This project was approved by the Plan Commission on June 16, 2011.
