Streeterville Organization of Active Residents (SOAR), will collect and retain only such contact and other information from SOAR members as is necessary to communicate with those members from time to time, or to process payments as directed by those SOAR members. At no time will SOAR share such contact information with external parties for commercial purposes. SOAR may employ the use of third party vendors to process payments for membership charges, event charges, or donations to the organization. However, the use of such information collected by these third parties shall be governed by the privacy policies and terms and conditions of these third party vendors, and not those of SOAR. SOAR does not receive or retain identifying information regarding specific payment methods from third party payment processors, and SOAR members shall review and accept the terms of these relevant privacy policies and conditions when using third party payment processors.
