Dinner & A Movie at Lake Shore Park, September 6

There's an adage, "If you don't like Chicago weather, just wait five minutes." But after only three minutes into a rain shower on July 19th, the film "Chicago" was pulled at the annual outdoor "Movies in the Parks" show at Lake Shore Park and co-sponsored by SOAR. The good news is that there will be a rerun!!

 

Join SOAR Thursday, September 6th for Dinner & A Movie at Lake Shore Park.

 

Popcorn Bring a lawn chair or blanket, pack a picnic or purchase dinner from a variety of Chicago Food Trucks, enjoy a bag of popcorn, conversation with your Streeterville neighbors and activities from local merchants. 

     

As part of the Chicago Parks Department Movies in the Park series, we are pleased to invite you, your family and friends to join SOAR for a showing of the Academy Award winning movie, Chicago, at Lake Shore Park (Chicago Ave. at Inner Lake Shore Dr.)    

 

Food Trucks arrive, entertainment and activities begin at 6:30 pm followed by a showing of the movie at dusk.

 

FREE to all. No purchase necessary. Dogs are welcome--must be on a leash.
