Why should a residential building join SOAR?
Residential building members are offered regularly scheduled educational and networking opportunities. As information conduits, our building members assess and communicate important community issues, ideas and recommendations for improving Streeterville. As a unique urban neighborhood, we value and rely on support from our building partners.
Membership levels and benefits are described below. Thank you for your interest in joining SOAR!
High-Rise (1-99 unit buildings) $250 or
Skyscraper (100+ unit buildings) $400
- Invitation for ALL Board members to attend SOAR Residential Network (SRN) programs
- Recognition in annual report
- Admission (property manager and Board president) to SOAR programs and events including:
- Annual meeting
- Alderman Streeterville Town Hall
- Holiday party
- Other social events and educational programs
- SOAR building member recognition certificate and window tag
- Single subscription to SOAR’s newsletter, our informative quarterly report highlighting recent activities within SOAR as well as important issues that effect community residents, buildings, businesses and institutions
- Single subscription to SOAR’s online News Briefs, a bi-monthly, timely update of important and interesting facts and activities related to Streeterville
- Volunteer opportunities for hands-on involvement
