The building is currently occupied and owned by the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) through a long-term lease with Northwestern University which owns the land.

RIC is currently determining how it would like to render patient care in the future.  This is the first step to RIC's facility planning efforts for Streeterville.  This patient care conceptual planning phase is expected to extend to the end of 2010 and perhaps into 2011. 

Once the conceptual planning is done, plans for RIC's future occupancy of this site will be determined.
