SOAR’s 2026 Annual Meeting was held Thursday, January 29. Attendees and speakers celebrated SOAR’s legacy and looked ahead with optimism and purpose. SOARing Into the Future, this year’s meeting theme, brought neighbors together to reflect, connect, and plan for what’s next.
